When I was in Hawaii this summer, I looked for authentic Asian restaurants and luckily found some good Vietnamese food in China town. There were many little Pho restaurants. When I say little I am not exaggerating. Most of these restaurants have about 6-10 tables only. You had to squeezed through the aisle to get to your table and once there you didn’t want to move for fear of knocking into other people or their food. Normally in a Vietnamese restaurant I would order Pho but I wanted to try something different to change things up a little. So, I decided on this boiled duck dish because the table behind me had some and it looked good. This dish came with ginger and fish dipping sauce and a big bowl of noodles. It was all very tasty.
